i know it doesn’t help but for me, i always find the whimsy and humor in their ignorance. it takes a while for them to mention it or even ask at all either directly or indirectly, and then i treat it like the non-issue that it is. like “yeah i have to do this thing you didn’t consider” and usually people are taken aback by the candidness but like… they’re the ones being curious about your disabled bathroom experience lol.
