asking my family about the crippling pain when i stand and not being able to hold a pencil just to learn we all have heds 😭 this goes for mental stuff too

POTS, EDS, and MS all run in my family and I’m at 2/3 and maybe 3/3 so everything that was “normal” isn’t at all
