i had a tongue tie released as well and i only learned about it from social media. i had to bring it up to my dentist who was literally looking in my mouth. even if you wanted it released before your trip you have to (or should, some dentists are terrible about it) do OMT for months before the procedure. and then months after. i’m sorry the timing is so poor but i’m excited for when you can get it released.

it is incredibly satisfying and soothing to be able to keep your tongue in proper resting position. OMT also taught me how to chew, swallow, and speak correctly. when you get it pls make sure they do enough weeks of therapy before and after, otherwise it can be a waste.
