POV: liking your dorm and roommate and everything else but the walk up to your dorm hall (Davis) constantly sending your OH (orthostatic hypotension) into major flares screwing with your body almost all day every day. Like genuinely what do I do? Sm1 help

The only advice I’m ever given for my OH is to increase my salt and water intake, meaning I’m peeing all day long, or “exercise more” as if the OH isn’t what it preventing that

What would do when I had to trek across the entire campus to one of my classes was to be patient with myself. Give myself extra time to get there, sit down for a bit if I need to, and limit the amount of trips back to my dorm. I pretty much lived in the student center and the arts building
