Do you find it consistent with how you end up feeling that day?

^ curious of this too and do you use the band or just the app? Cause I don’t find it matches how I feel most of the time but I also don’t have the band

I have the band. It’s a LOT more accurate with the band, I think. It’s not always consistent with how I feel but it is usually pretty consistent with how quickly my energy spends that day. A lot of people call it “spoons” but I call it “scoops” (because that makes more sense to me) so basically for me, if the number is lower, that’s how you know I have lower scoops than usual and doing the same activities is harder than it would be in a high stability day. With the band, it measures based off of

heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep quality so it’s a lot more accurate that way. It actually says on the app that the stability score probably won’t match how you FEEL. It’s more a measurement of how much energy you have to spend on that day. But I’ve heard mixed reviews. It works well for me, personally, but it might be different for someone else. I mainly use it for the pacing function.

It’s called a “stability score” because it’s based on how stable your vitals are compared to you usual baseline. So for example, on the day the screenshot is from, my heart rate variability was lower than usual and my resting heart rate was higher than usual (aka my body was working harder than usual) so I had less energy to spend because doing the same activity costs more. Idk if that makes any sense 😭 hope i could help

That makes sense. I use both the band and app. I (like I imagine many others) haven’t always been able to adjust what I do during the day based on the stability score. I haven’t noticed a big difference in my symptoms after or it leading to a severe crash, but I’m curious what other people’s experience are.

I started using the app without the band. But now, I have the band too. i was very reluctant to get another band (i already have a watch), i did cuz while that part I’m a bit unsure about it does an amazing job of HR tracking. It always me when ive been in exertion for a prolonged period of time which it senses so much better because it is continually measuring. Im also able to actually identify activities that are more draining than others.
