I’ve been using a Fitbit for over a year now and my cardiologist and pcp both said it’s decently accurate. I’ve also done my own comparisons and found it’s typically very close. I have noticed sometimes it takes a bit to catch up to heart rate spikes and stuff but in general it should be completely fine.
