I’m having 3 signs of a heart attack in women and idk what to do. Two of the symptoms aren’t abnormal for me and I desperately do not want to go to the hospital all of the sudden only for it to turn out that nothing’s wrong like with my chronic stuff

I also did question whether it might be a panic attack (haven’t had one before somehow but I know they’re commonly mistaken for heart attacks), but I only felt really anxious about 5 minutes ago, now I’m just tired along with the two other symptoms (weird uncomfortable pressure at center of chest, lightheadedness)

The normal symptoms are fatigue and lightheadedness

You can m go to an urgent care if there is one near you, slightly better than going to the hospital if it ends up just being the usual chronic stuff

have you had an iron panel and ferritin test done? those are all symtoms of iron deficiency (ferritin under 100)

And they can always send you to the hospital

Unfortunately that wouldn’t be much better since I don’t like medical settings generally (really bad at communicating how I’m feeling and struggle to feel listened to). Should’ve given an update though that I’m doing better now, it didn’t end up being a heart attack. Definitely something fucky with my heart, but I already know my heart’s a little wonky, just don’t exactly know how yet

I’ll also check out the fb group, but I’d really like to avoid using meta platforms where possible

I mean from a financial standpoint at least, or for me it’s less embarrassing (I get embarrassed when “nothing is wrong”). Like the ER is EXPENSIVE. But I totally get the bad communication, I have a hard time explaining my symptoms properly and am often misunderstood.
