Honestly, naps were a huge help to me. See if you can get accommodations for heds and get a dorm right next to your classes so you can go to your room and take a nap in between

Get a mobility aid if you don’t already!! They’ve helped so much with the fatigue especially, I have a cane and a pair of forearm crutches but my go to has really been just the single crutch, it’s got more stability than a cane alone. Life changing. Also lots of naps, accommodations if you can get them, and not trying to force yourself to do stairs and things to save time or “act normal.” Scheduling time for meals at the dining hall after class/other scheduled things helps a lot as well

Also keeping snacks like granola bars with you in your book bag so you always have something to be snacking on. You can also talk to the accommodations center about making sure it’s okay for you to keep food on you at all times even in classes.

You could ask about vacant rooms in buildings you have classes in and keeping a sleeping bag with you to take naps in an empty classroom if you are comfortable with that or don’t think you could make it back to your dorm.

Personally I just ALWAYS kept snacks on me like granola bars, chips, fruit snacks, jerky, etc. and would drink an energy drink through my classes to stay awake through it and then get back to my dorm and crash.

I’m on a small enough campus that it’s not a risk but I’ve been known to nap on the couches in hallways and stuff

I love that you were able to do that!

Since I can never convince my body it’s worth the energy to leave my building just for food. Also keeping nutritious food on hand in your space and with you in general is good, as well as water. I’ve also had luck with KT tape and compression gloves for hand/wrist pain that I get from writing and typing for a long time.
