
Pretty much half an hour after eating anything, I’m going to the bathroom to empty my intestines in rapid fashion. Usually it’s only twice a day, right after meals but there will be times when for a few days in a row, any time I use the bathroom, it will be a draining experience. I don’t know what to do
I’m allergic to milk, and I thought that might be it but the last few days I’ve eaten nothing but yogurt and granola for dinner and it’s actually been better so it can’t just be dairy, I avoid caffeine other than tea, which I don’t always drink, I can’t eat peppers because I’m allergic to them
