Don’t know how to tell my friends that the reason I never hang out directly after lunch and dinner is because I have a date with the nearest toilet because I can’t seem to eat anything without upsetting my bowels

i’m sorry, that’s so rough. sometimes i have to pause my meal to poop and i hate it so much. no one talks about how disrupting and socially unacceptable gi issues are

Pretty much half an hour after eating anything, I’m going to the bathroom to empty my intestines in rapid fashion. Usually it’s only twice a day, right after meals but there will be times when for a few days in a row, any time I use the bathroom, it will be a draining experience. I don’t know what to do

And I love how people think that I’m exaggerating when I talk about how much my stomach issues disable me. It’s not that my stomach hurts every one in awhile. It hurts DAILY, I have diarrhea daily, & my body can’t absorb my medication (which causes withdrawal symptoms)

I’m allergic to milk, and I thought that might be it but the last few days I’ve eaten nothing but yogurt and granola for dinner and it’s actually been better so it can’t just be dairy, I avoid caffeine other than tea, which I don’t always drink, I can’t eat peppers because I’m allergic to them

I’m quite literally living off potatoes, corn, and cheese half the time, lately I’ve been adding fruit, granola, yogurt, and honey to that because I can’t eat the food on the main line of our caf because of allergies

We must be the same person because I have these issues :( constant diarrhea every. Single. Day. All of these options are good! Some fruits like watermelon can give you diarrhea but if you know how to balance them, fruits are a life saver fr
