disclaimer i hate when people say this to me in a flare but they’re usually right, which is that you gotta move. The movement could literally just be rocking/rolling side to side, walking for 2 minutes literally anything tiny you can handle. For me personally when i stay still it’s so much worse. Also this one is super random but getting into the shower (any temp) with all of your clothes on. it feels so wrong and weird but it distracts from the pain lol

kneel on the ground or on your bed or wherever, put your arms besides your legs, leave forward, and put your forehead flat on the ground… i have endo and horrible nausea and this is like my coping position hold it and just relax and breathe and i find within minutes i feel better

There was a study where they did guided stretches/yoga for periods/cramps and the people in the stretch groups reported decreases in pain. Even with no instructor (but more improvement with an instructor)
