coming from a medical background (though I’m just an EMT so take it w a grain of salt) T can definitely affect things like POTs. HOWEVER, the quality of life T gives a lot of trans ppl generally makes it worth the risk from what I’ve heard. ik it’s different but I’m on continuous BC which can do a similar thing (and has), but my quality of life is sm better that it’s worth it
I’ve also heard of chronically ill people with this concern using a lower dose of T, maybe you could consider that? also the support of this is anecdotal so I hesitate to bring it up but SUPPOSEDLY the way that T thickens your blood can POSSIBLY help w blood pooling. but not sure how much I believe that.
