The opinion about Texas is irrelevant - Mateer, regardless of his surgeon, cannot manifest a 2 week recovery for a surgery that takes a minimum of a month and a half to recover from. As it is they are stretching it an risking his hand for the rest of the season throwing him on the field on three weeks, let alone next week

Jared Goff had the exact same procedure and exact same surgeon. He made a recovery in 12 days. It’s not usual, but it’s not unheard of to recover that past. I mean he broke his thumb, I don’t know why people are talking like he broke his neck and suffered a career ending injury.
