Please don’t crucify me, just trying to learn. Why did Texas fall 7 spots after losing by one score to a top 3 team (OSU), and only rise 3 spots after winning by double digits to another top 3 team (a&m)?

They had nothing to compare the OSU game to (no other games), so why would they take into account all the previous games to decide how far UT rises for the win? I hope I’m making sense lol
