It sucks to gatekeep someone out because of their hardware but in life that's usually the reality. You can't play golf without a decent set of clubs and balls, you can't play Call of Duty without a newer graphics card, and you can't win an online game without decent wifi. Whether it's cheating or genuinely bad internet, it gets to a point where you gotta make a call on how competitive and how fair you want to be vs how casual and friendly you want to be.

anything above 2 is mega sus for me. We force loss people usually for that unless otherwise proven

We’re thinking about making him have to sim every game next season since we can’t force loss after he’s already played and we go to the next week

We had a guy in our dynasty restart 6 games so we force lossed him the rest of his user games and one cpu game
