I think this is a hotter take than 7-5 tbh. Because assuming Bama, Clemson, UF, Miami, and a 5th loss (probably VT), that’s a hard ceiling to push past. Getting wins against those quality teams will be difficult. The flip side is that there aren’t threats that could realistically give us a seventh loss (sixth being NC State). If we sell against UVA, Norvell is gone

We play Wake and Stanford so we are essentially guaranteed 2 conference wins. But we said the same thing about Duke last year and look where that got us
