It's just a little ironic that someone who does applaud gun violence and mass murder would die in such a manner and hopefully this would scare conservatives into reforms. It won't because they're too self-absorbed to process fear, but it would be nice.

I’m not applauding, I’m just not empathizing. Why does he deserve my empathy when he doesn’t believe in the concept at all? I’m mourning rather all staff and students we’ve lost in the 158 school shootings this year because they were senseless lives taken by gun violencez

Because everyone on earth deserves empathy. God forbid I don’t want ANY human to die. When I say everyone, OBVIOUSLY there are some bad people, but everyone ends up in their situation due to circumstances leading up to it. Do I condone their actions or support the people? No. Do I still think it’s sad that they ended up being terrible? Yes. Nobody deserves to die, especially not by being shot

Who is “y’all”? Idk why you’re trying to make it a “my side against theirs” argument when nobody wants people to die from guns, but I’d like to point out that I’ve seen the type of post OP made posted online a lot by people on the left, not the right. So if someone’s “side” matters to you, it’s kind of ironic that based on what you said, you’re probably on the same one as them

Let me clarify, republicans generally protect access to guns, by yall i was referring to the Republican Party. And i regret to inform you that these issues typically do involve 2 sides and unfortunately they go against each other. Lmk if i need to dumb it down a little more
