Forget about vacated wins, I want jail time. How is it legal to give yourself an unfair advantage in a game that puts college kids at risk of injury. Harbaugh, stallions, morre, should legit face a trial for reckless endangerment.

Begging for jail time is crazy

U can’t even comprehend my levels of hate for Michigan. At the very least they could get a civil lawsuit going. If I was a lawyer I’d be contacting every player that got injured against Michigan during that time period. I could argue that they was intent to harm opposing players (by knowing their plays it compromises the safety of the players in a way that is more inherently dangerous than just football) to gain an advantage. Not to mention stallions impersonating an employee of another school..

To gain confidential information (trespassing, fraud, theft of information). Or that Michigan actively committed fraud by destroying evidence linked to an official investigation (tampering of evidence, obstruction of justice). Also Michigan is in breach of its contract with not only the Big 10 but also the NCAA.

Or I could argue that any player who played against Michigan during that time is entitled to money via loss of draft stock or nil opportunities. Any coach that may have lost his job could argue a loss to Michigan played a part in doing so. There’s a million different angles you could take and I’d love Michigan staffers trying to explain why so much evidence was destroyed or lost or why they didn’t cooperate with investigators.

The ncaa isn’t going to open this up to be a gov. investigation, a cut and dry internally handled case will always be preferable for big money sports (see NBA official scandal with Tim donaghy/scott foster)

It may be wrong, but it’s easier and better for the ncaa to keep it low

Once u start destroying/messing with evidence that’s when it can open up a criminal investigation. The NCAA really wouldn’t have a say when it comes to that, I agree that it’s super unlikely that they would face criminal action due to endangerment but messing with evidence in an investigation is a big no no and an easy case for fraud.

But look into the Tim donaghy+scott foster nba incident and you will know what I mean. The NCAA will absolutely not let gov get involved unless they have no other choice. Just gotta pound sand and accept NCAA does what they want

Donaghy actually went to jail tho. If FBI starts an investigation they could get Harbaugh and Moore with fraud at least.

One of harbaughs assistant is in a lawsuit involving 100+ other institutions. And faces like 20+ counts of theft and unauthorized access to private info. He actually used this info in a predatory manor against female students and Harbaugh either knew or should’ve known. The more research I do on harbaugh the more creepy and scummy he gets. People like him should be locked up for the rest of their life.

I understand your frustration, but nothing will happen. They already laid out the punishment and they won’t go back. NCAA won’t let a criminal investigation happen, it just is what it is

NCAA doesn’t get to decide if a criminal investigation happens. I will never let it go this is possibly the most disappointed I’ve ever been as a fan of a sport. Our sport is now fully comprised. No real rules. No real regulation. Starting to prefer NFL now
