They did that in August bud. Everyone voted for it except for Tech. Their athletic department finally decided to consider enforcing it

No they revised the rule after Kanas went around lying and bitching to the refs. It used to be 2 warnings then the 15 yard penalty, the second 15 yard penalty added like a 25k fine. Now it’s 1 warning then a 15 yard penalty and a 100k fine. Kansas is so soft. Scared of tortillas crying to the refs
