One conference consistently has one team performing on par with the Big 2 conferences, whilst the other is filled to the brim at the top with A- tier teams. It really just comes down to how badly the XII beats the shit out of itself in any given year.

Eeeh. Big XII has more depth, but the ACC gets Clemson and Miami basically garunteed perfect seasons beating up fodder like Wake Forest and VT
