 I don’t understand conference pride. As a Virginia fan I want everyone in the ACC to fail. “Bro the sec is the best conference look at how many times we’ve won” buddy you’re a Missouri fan you guys haven’t done shit 😂

The only reason I like the conference my team is a part of to be strong is that it gives me more exciting games to watch, bigger upsets to root for, and brings in more recruits

I’m a GT fan but I don’t get your side either. I just cheer for whatever team I like more. I’ll cheer any ACC team on against UGA.

Well that’s different you want your rivals to fail more than anyone else, I’m mainly talking about the sec fans that will cheer on other sec teams when they play out of conference regardless of who it is

Well if you cheer for those other teams to be strong they’re going to steal most of your recruits if you have your way. I’m not talking about the people that are happy with being an SEC caliber team, just the ones that will flex SEC prestige they contributed nothing to

Im also a UVA fan but i want other ACC teams to do well because if they dont, our conference (and by proxy UVA) looks bad.

Eh the ACC commissioner sucks anyway I doubt the ACC will be a thing anymore in a few years, at the very least I want tech and Duke to suck
