Straight up only 5 top 10 teams should be top 10 and like 10 of these teams shouldnt even be ranked

It’s the same thing every year. SEC bias combined with historically good BIG10 teams. Every year it’s like this and every year more than half fall unranked.

Nah they got the top 10 right except maybe BYU, it’s just the order that’s terrible

Utah has a new coach and coordinators for both defense and offense. They are not going to repeat their last good season. Louisville lost their defensive coordinator too and they only finished 9-4 4-4 conference so they shouldnt have been ranked in the first place

Look at their schedules and roster talent, both of those programs are guarenteed to win 9+ games if no key players get hurt

Ill come back to this in November. Talent means nothing if you cant build a culture first. Head coach and all new coordinators are massive changes to a program

Ole Miss has a new head coach and LSU has too many questions, plus BYU is severely overrated

Bro let’s hear your top 10 then since everyone is overrated or bad because of new coaching

Are you trying to say new coaching isnt a major negative factor for teams?

It can be a negative or positive factor, New coaching got Indiana 27 wins in 2 years

Cignetti brought his entire team with him. He built a culture at James Madison and brought it with him. Not the same as Ole Miss

Ole Miss deadass won 2 playoff games with a new coach i’m sure they’ll be fine

They already built the team and culture by then. Now they had an entire off season and people left and came. Ole Miss should be in the teens but it wont be top 12 again.

Yeah but for Ole Miss it’s not just a new coach. They lost a lot of key players. A lot. Saying Utah and Louisville shouldn’t be ranked is kinda crazy too. Utah finished 14th last year with an 11-2 record and just had a ton of new funding come in over the off season. Louisville has a top 5 RB room in the country hands down.

Utah has a completely new coaching staff. Its not the same team as last year.

Also, Utah got destroyed by Texas Tech who would later get destroyed by Oregon. The gap between the Big 12 and SEC/Big ten is still massive
