The fact that they keep losing suits over eligibility proves that something within the NCAA is fundamentally broken. If they can’t enforce their own rules, those rules are effectively useless
I mean what else do you want them to do, they put their foot down and said “no he’s no playing next year” and the kid lawyered up and the courts made them let him play
They aren’t useless, they just can’t defy court rulings
If they can't enforce rules then there are no rules, only suggestions. It's not even a sport at that point, just 22 grown men messing around in a field while getting yelled at by thousands of other grown adults.
