No Ohio state would still be 1, Indiana 2. Losses still matter

bama: 3 Q1 wins. 1 Q2 win. 1 Q3 loss. ohio: 1 Q1 win. 1 Q2 win. indiana: 1 Q1 win. 1 Q2 win. so yes, while losses still matter, bama would likely be the 1 as their multiple extra Q1 wins would offset a Q3 loss. Georgia: 2 Q1 wins. 1 Q1 loss. they could make an argument for #2 in this system, although they would likely be 4.
