That's why power 4 teams are always gonna have a monopoly. Programs outside of p4 just don't have enough money to compete and so they keep losing coaches

Generally speaking yeah but this year has definitely had a larger than normal number of firings/hirings I’d say

Don’t forget big teams pay off poor teams as jobbers so they look better for their records and resumes.
