I don’t understand why people act like the SEC is garbage man. I decided to do some research and the amount of talent in the sec heavily outweighs the big 10 and before you argue with me check the recruiting rankings the past 10 years.

it’s not that the SEC is garbage, it’s that the AP & CFP over value the middle of the pack 2-3 loss SEC teams to give the 0-1 loss SEC teams “quality wins”

it’s not the sec that’s garbage, it’s everybody that won’t shut the hell up about the sec when they aren’t even playing or when they suck. sec in itself just has a slightly different style of ball than big 10 and horrible coaching

Over value? Those sec teams that have 2 losses are playing other teams full of 5 and 4 stars. Why would you penalize someone for a harder schedule? Once you do that then every team is just going to play cupcakes all season then we’re going to have 25 teams without a loss to pick from for playoffs

tennessee is a perfect example, 6-3 and 0 wins over teams that are above .500, but since they were so highly ranked to start the season they can beat trash syracuse and ETSU and move up, beat trash UAB arkansas and miss st giving up EIGHTY NINE points in those 3 games, move up again for beating trash comp then lose to bama, barely drop, beat trash kentucky, then lose again to another ranked team and the committee keeps them ranked so uga/bama/OU all have a “ranked win”

missouri and tennessee are both ranked solely for bama and georgia, so no matter what happens these next few weeks they get in no matter what

listen to any game (sec or not) where kirk herbstreit is announcing for five minutes and he will talk about them at least once. yeah they’re good i’m not arguing that, but not that good
