Brother he struggled against SC State 😭 The only reason they won 38-10 is because they had a defensive TD and two punt return TDs. Their offensive could barely move the ball. Vanderbilt torched VT’s defense last week, and SC was in a dogfight all game with VT the prior week

SC scored a touchdown on a punt return. They scored 17 offensive points against a defense that Vanderbilt torched and put up 34 points in one half. SC scored a touchdown on its opening drive, and a touchdown on a deep ball near the end of the game. Other than that, VT’s defense was having a field day with Sellars, 4 sacks and that offensive could not get going.

“Run up the score”, yeah they weren’t capable of doing that 😭 if VT had a competent offense and didn’t give up a PR TD (because of a penalty), they could’ve easily won that game. The PR TD was caused due to an illegal formation penalty that forced a re-kick. If they were lined up properly, it was only a 6 point game at the end

And if my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle. Vanderbilt was also down 10 to that team at halftime, what’s gonna happen when they face a team that actually makes adjustments at half?
