That being said there’s also a few bottom feeder teams that actually have pride and don’t pull for conferences and I find that awesome. Imo that’s schools like Syracuse, Mississippi state, Rutgers, etc

I’m a Bama fan and there’s just no way I’m going out of my way to root for another SEC team. Like I can admit when they’ve got ballers on their team or they’re fun to watch, and there’s coaches I respect because I think they do a good job, but I can’t imagine watching Ole Miss Miami in the playoff this year and being like “yeah I’m pulling for them because they’re in the SEC.”

most definitely, I was glad to see them lose because ole miss fans are insufferable. Honestly if you aren’t praying for the downfall of your in conference opponents then you aren’t a true cfb fan

I thought it would’ve been funny if they won without Kiffin because he’s a complete jackass but we got a much more entertaining championship with Miami and ultimately that’s all I cared about once Bama got smacked 😂
