Tbf they were the only team in the conference to beat a non-sec p4 team in the postseason (thanks a lot Michigan)

that’s so specific. i think in cross conference play the sec had a positive record against all other conferences in the regular season.

More a reference to how these aren’t “real sec teams” because they just came from the big 12

i didnt even see that at all, and excluding or including them doesnt really change how good the conference is. the first thing is said was “texas is overhyped” bcus they literally have higher odds to win the nat championship than any other team which is pretty crazy. like that preseason poll last year where they were in the top 5???
