Friendly reminder that deestroying had any chance he had at a career ripped away from him for making YouTube videos about his journey as a kicker but this white boy bets 10s of thousands of dollars even on his own games and still gets to have eligibility

Deestroying eligibility situation was bs but I thought he was playing in the UFL and stopped bc he got badly injured… could he not have signed i the NFL if he did well there?

He attempted to get signed in the nfl but since he only got to play like 2 seasons before he got banned he didn’t get any offers, because the ncaa robbed him of any chance he had . He played in the UFL 10 years after he got banned from the ncaa, and the brahmas folded

Erm, he literally got an injunction granted and got eligibility back but withdrew the lawsuit and decided to try and go to supplemental draft

He got injunction granted in Texas which has nothing to do with the ncaa (the ones who were on deestroyings case). Another example of this is Ole Miss QB Trinidad chambliss not being granted another year by NCAA but Mississippi granted him an injunction so they didn’t rly have a choice. I don’t agree with what happened to Deestroying it was a flawed and unfair system.

That’s the difference. Sorsby was able to sue and get an injunction, when deestroying sued all he got was a measly settlement and none of his eligibility back, and all he did was make YouTube videos, while sorsby was gambling on games, even his own

Weird this is getting downvoted when it’s the entire point that sorsby was able to get his eligibility back via an injunction and deestroying got his career ripped away. If deestroying was white he would’ve 100% been granted an injunction. Yall really must hate black people huh? Yeesh. And less than a week after Juneteenth too.
