nah it’s valid, 3 teams in the top 10 are 0-1 with losses to top 10 teams, would be unjust to kick bama out for losing to the #14 team, we don’t know is fsu is really good or if bama is just bad yet

when fsu went 2-10 they started the season ranked no10 and it still took them 2 back to back loses to become unranked. it’s impossible for a top 10 team to go unranked after 1 loss no matter how bad the loss was. just say you have no ball knowledge

doesn’t matter that they were unranked if they’re #14 now if you wanna give that much credit to FSU for winning you can’t take away that much credit from bama

it should realistically be fsu at like 16 and bama 23, can’t keep 3 0-1 teams dropping 3-6 spots in the top 10 for losing to top 10 teams and then drop bama 17+ spots for a top 20 loss

true OP but there shouldnt be preseason rankings to begin with. also, #1, nobody gave FSU a chance to win. they were 14 point underdogs and ended up winning by 14! Of course they were going to skyrocket to the top 15, they covered the spread by 28 points, and in all honesty it shouldve been more. bama also has the #1 team in talent per blue chip ratio. that team is gonna have a bunch of draft picks even if they got merked by FSU. maybe FSU is just a lot better than anyone wanted to admit
