Embedded engineer is a role more suited for a person who studied computer engineering. Sure if you got a degree in cs you still can but you’re going to have to learn the hardware side while you’re in there.
Horrible take, if you can learn GDB, assembly, C, you can learn the hardware side too

I said suited. I never said you can’t. Assuming ppl don’t go out of their way and learn things on their own from what is taught in their major. Just a little more they have to learn from what is taught in a strict CS degree. Even an art major can learn this stuff.
