if you made it past the technical interview you’re fine. 9 times out of 10 the interview is harder than any work you’re gonna do

They really aren’t that bad, at least in my experience they usually kinda treat you with kid gloves after onboarding

The problem is there wasn’t a technical interview. It’s a startup and I think my fancy school name is a large part of why they hired me

Idk shit of what they’re trying to get me to do, but they’re mostly pretty patient with me. As long as you’re a pleasant person to be around - that’s half the battle.
