had to work a shitty tech support job for 5 months before landing a jr dev role making 30k less than the industry standard. 3 years later still have that same job, maybe 2 dozen interviews on the side, no new offers, and making about 5k more than I started. I don’t know a single comp sci grad employed who graduated after ‘22
