Thouse job fairs are for optics not finding candidates. Why hire from a fair when you can just pull from your 500+ LinkedIn pile lol.

Because pulling from that pile of online applicants is difficult? It’s a lot to sort through and most of them are likely just ai generated or from people blindly applying everywhere without reading the job description. The irony is that it’s hard for companies to find good applicants online too. The whole process sucks for everyone.
