Don’t fret! I think we’ll still be solving very hard technical projects and building stuff it’ll just be much faster paced and more creative

guessing y’all haven’t seen how fast AI crumbles under a large code base, the more complex it gets the faster ai loses its shit and hallucinates. Yeah ai can do the easy stuff that a million ppl have pushed to github but what abt proprietary software? It will struggle and yeah it’ll get a bit better but at some point the processing power, API calls, etc won’t be worth it

I don’t know tbh. I love building software, but I feel like in 5-10 years I’m going to be nothing more than a prompt engineer who doesn’t actually write any code.
