I met another intern at my f500 company whos a developer. They encourage the use of CoPilot, so my other intern friend who is mediocre at coding is now pumping out projects left and right only on his 3rd week of the internship. Crazy as it sounds, being good at coding is NOT going to get you a coding job anymore. Its more about the soft skills
