I’ve seen people starting to explore this concept as “cognitive debt” in that people who use LLMs for tasks engage their brain less overall than people who used their brains only. If you're using it on your phone i rly suggest getting ScreenZen and setting it to strict block your phone after a set number of uses. I did that with Insta so i'd stop doomscrolling so much and it really helped. That way you can ration your cgpt uses and stop using it for trivial things while still using it for important things. U still have to have discipline yourself though. But it helps
