not to mention i’m horribly under qualified and don’t know how to do anything related to backend/using ai models that they’re asking of me…i was just desperate for an internship junior summer but im worried this is going to be so much worse and more stressful than just resting and studying for postgrad recruiting or working my own stuff
the con of start-ups and small companies can be how tiny they are, but the pro is that you’ll learn a LOT really *fast* do your best!! try not to stress about this one person not liking you. you might also be overthinking it, nobody expects interns to be perfect and they wouldn’t have hired you if they didn’t like you
i’m hesitant that they’d be willing to help bc they have honestly been quite standoffish and rude in the emails and call i had w them and they have been ignoring the questions i’ve been sending over email about the project (despite emailing me in response asking for logistical stuff) so i’m a bit nervous about how communication will go esp since i don’t want to bug them if they aren’t really willing to help and expected i would be fully independent 😭 but i think it’ll be better on the job
