5 rounds of interviews and after 2 weeks of radio silence just got my rejection. i graduated 2 months ago, have been rejected from everything with no prospects. im feeling so helpless

These job are often internal hires they’re required to post externally, or fake listings to look like they’re “growing” to investors and shareholders. It’s not you, it’s them. Don’t blame yourself- they’re the ones ruining the job searching process.

I am in the exact same situation. Try finding recruiters. I’ve done so many interviews and have gotten great feedback and yet they pick someone with years of experience. It’s like a slap to the face atp

Hence why military might not be too bad an idea. But I suppose you can always test your luck. Also depends if your college (I assume you attend) has a strong alumni program

Yeah, I feel ya. My dad was former army and does NOT want me joining (as we’re both joining for different reasons lol) I am a bit worried but know if I’m cybersecurity/crypto/computers, I won’t be on the field
