It’s not like the easy cash grab it used to be but there’s definitely still jobs and I feel like, if anything, the world is just getting inundated with software with not enough critical human eyes to understand what’s going on. It’s definitely changing but you shouldn’t give up if you’re passionate about it. If you’re passionate about making boatloads of money with a cushy job that doesn’t expect you to do/know all that much, well then yeah CS might not be the best option anymore

Oh no! I’m willing to work hard for my money. Even if it requires learning all of the time complexities of every single algorithm, constantly learning new languages, tech stacks, and frameworks, and …. **gulps** writing intelligible documentation.
