When I learned Java I hated it and then I had to code in python after learning it and now I can’t stand coding in python.

This happened to me actually then I sorta snapped out of it. I think Python is only just good for ML, Data Mining and AI/LLM interface. Outside of that I wouldn’t use it for anything else.

Yah and my primary interest in CS is more computer systems and architecture so I think realistically python was never going to be super useful for me besides scripting.
