sometimes when i get done with a conversation i feel the urge to hit my head bc i start overthinking every action and thing i said. and idk why

ur head is fragile. you can def be stronger than you think you can. i'm not saying ur like subconsciously suicidal but just keep checkin in on urself and make sure it doesn't evolve beyond that

i know i said “hit my head” but its literally just me tapping my forehead like its not hard at all. also i’ve actually been clean from cutting for over a year and a half now! like i’m doing fine haha
