You won’t look back in 30 years and say “my greatest regret is that I didn’t get drunk enough times when I was in my 20s.” If you have fomo you can for sure try out some parties etc, but I promise it’s not all that. Make time for fun in your life, but the fewer substances involved the more rewarding it will be. I drank a lot in my teens/early 20s, and those years feel lost to me
