I’m at a little over two weeks! It’s rough, but I know you’ve got this! I’ve found that things like lollipops help with the hand-to-mouth movement and giving a flavour hit. When you feel the craving strongly, find something to keep you busy for just a few minutes.

advice i saw others say is to keep your vape while you're quitting. i threw mine away, but ive seen people say it helps with their willpower. like having the vape, but not smoking it, takes more strength than not having a vape and not smoking it (if that makes sense). either way, if you pass it on to someone else i wouldn't feel bad. they're gonna get a new vape one way or another
