I WANT TO BE NICE TO EVERYONE But they don't let me 😭 Suddenly they start thinking they own the place and get lazy af, leave early, dump 90% of their job on support staff, screw over their coworkers, etc etc etc I don't like being a manager 😭 this is terrible, I wanna go back to just being a bartender Oh btw this doesn't apply to support staff, barbacks/bussers/food-runners are pure of soul
