Modern protests are all performative and don’t accomplish shit. There’s no leadership, no coherent movement, no organized group(s), no plan or end goal, etc. People only participate to feel like they did something without putting in real effort for change

You want to do something? Organize and get numbers. Running around on streets with homemade or handed out signs and newbie weak ass smoke ordinance or fireworks like hooligans doesn’t does fuck all but make your cause look goofy

Before someone hounds me like “omg are you saying people should kill?!” No. I’m just saying that’s literally the point of that amendment. Its purpose is to be used if people feel like their rights are being taken away as a last resort to prevent an overreaching government from taking those rights. Do I think what’s going on right now in the US is at that extent yet? Lmao hell no not even close, but I’m sure some people do so it’s only a matter of time before someone makes a very bad decision
