I am not judging you at all for this but just to give some perspective. My ex was like this and it drove me insane he didn’t see the value in himself but I did that’s why I dated him he was my world and I loved him with my whole heart I’m sure she sees you as the same. Regardless of his “you could do better” I never thought that once he was the most beautiful man to me and that’s all that mattered
