The whole “bully” crush thing is bullshit. That’s just a man who cannot or refuses to accept their feelings and are emotionally immature assholes that are likely misogynistic thinking they can treat women like shit and then try to get something out of them, like sex. College is waaay too old to be doing shit like that honestly

I think you’re too caught up in the semantics of the term bullying. Of course there are people who legit are just straight up mean and assholes and are emotionally walled-off but playful flirtation often takes on the form of minor teasing/“bullying” of each other in a fun and playful and tasteful way
