Yea I get that, it’s honestly a sign of maturity imo. But it’s different when you’re truly in love with someone, when that person really becomes apart of your heart, it’s not an easy or healthy thing to move on while still having that person in your life. You need a clean break. Deep down you know it, I was in your shoes for years. Just my advice

Thank you I really wanna prove I can do it that just cause things don’t work out doesn’t mean we have to be enemies or strangers expecially because I do care for her deeply even if it isn’t romantically
