yes they can? black people can discriminate against people because of the color of their skin.. that is the definition of racism.

racial prejudice is the textbook definition of racism. i understand that the system plays a big part that isn’t included in the definition, but i was talking about the main concept of racism- which is racial prejudice. people seem to define racism differently depending on who you talk to. but black people can 100% be racially prejudiced.
